Wendy has been a management consultant and personal development trainer for over 20 years.
During this time she has gained a broad and practical range of experience in coaching people to realise both their personal and professional effectiveness.
She holds a Coaching Diploma, as well as being a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and the Chartered Management Institute.
Wendy is a certified NLP practitioner and British Psychological Society (Level B) psychometric testing assessor. She is a member of the Association for Coaching and adheres to its professional standards and ethics.
Her approach is honest, pragmatic, energetic, supportively challenging and she is a good listener who can give objective feedback.
